It is inconceivable that a starving tenth rate nation can threaten and cow the world's two greatest economic and industrial powers with their threats. This guy goes back to the 19 teens so 1986 isn't that far back in comparison. I didn't want to use an example from the entertainment world whose obvious drug use, narcissism and a propensity to live on the edge really turns me off. Len Bias seemed to just die of natural causes, maybe not, but it was a cause celebre just the same. River Phoenix or Heath Ledger just don't ring my bells.
Len Bias died of a cocaine overdose.
